Comic Con 2008

不用加班的日子真好. 主管聽到我說想去Comic Con. 原本要週末加班. 他就阿砂力地讓我去玩ㄌ. 爽！

It’s Comic Con again. yeah!!! I’m glad my supervisor let me go to Comic Con. So I don’t need to work during the weekend. Horay!!!

Mariabot and her bro gave me a ride. Thanx mariabot!!! It took 3 hrs to get San Diego convention center as usual. u know….it’s Comic Con.

Lots of ppl dress characters from this summer movie. Like “Iron Man” “Indiana Jones” “Hell Boy” “Bat Man” and more. “Joker” seems like the most popular one ppl like to be. I saw tons of Jokers around.

I don’t know what characters they dressed. But they look cool!!

Mysterical ladies. Again, I don’t know what characters. But I like the idea of wearing black mask covered the face.

Darth Vader. This booth presents Darth Vader designed by different artists. This is one of my favorite booths in Comic Con. The 2nd one looks so Dope!!!

Lego is also one of my fav booths. I’ve been to Comic Con three times. Lego always have couples of characters around the booth.

KOIBITO by Yoskay Yamamoto produced by Munky King. The best part of Comic Con is you can see so many featured toys.

Mari Inukai’s Art Show

Last nite I went to Mari’s art show at Copro Nason gallery. It’s so packed. Mari’s painting is getting better n better. Here is the preview of her works.

Rochelle, Jodi and me posed together. This painting calls “Infiltration”. After I read her statement about “Infiltration”, I totally understand why she made this title. N I just knew Rochelle will not be my coworker anymore. It’s sooooooo sad. Hopefully we all can find our own flowing path in th future.

“Infiltration” In this painting, we all look sooooooo skinny. ha….

“Fruitspunch” …….Luv the contrast n facial expression. …..ha…I wore the same shirt n hoodie to the gallery.

“Pink No Zou-San”………Zou-San means elephant in Japanese. This one is also one of my favorites. It’s simple but so touch my heart.

Audrey Kawasaki’s solo show “Mayoi Michi”

今天跟以前的同事Tiffany一起去看個art show. The artist’s name is Audrey Kawasaki.
